Little Derek is making good strides in weight gain after making a pretty big dip in the first few days (which is normal, but still stressful when we were trying to get rid of the jaundice stuff).11/4/10

Weight gain check: 8 lbs., 9 oz.!
Most babies regain their birth weight in 10-14 days, Derek is an overachieving eater and gained a whole pound! I'm glad since he was so skinny in the beginning.
