This year we got some "ghost" pumpkins to try out since I was able to pick them from a pumpkin patch in NY when we were at a wedding. *Big Mistake* The rind of these puppies is almost 3-4 inches making cutting a big ordeal. I couldn't manage, so Derek provides the seed assist to dad here while he's wielding a very sharp paring knife. We did get one orange guy. All in all, not oo much of a debacle.
